    With the Super Bowl coming up, as well as the Winter Olympics, one must understand that the joy of sports doesn't come from winning. While medals and trophies are nice to have, the real joy of sports comes from having both the experience and humanity. Whether you are the underdog or the top cat, athletes are human and should be treated as such, regardless of differences. If you are into team sports, turn your team colors into one rainbow and showcase more diplomatic rivalries. Kindness towards one another will always be a G.O.A.T.

    Everybody knows that you can't go wrong with having friends. However, there is more to it than one may think. One must acknowledge that being a friend is just as important as making and having friends. Of course, we all have different tastes and hobbies, but trying to see the best of each interest can help bring people together. Understand that while there is no such thing as perfection, we should always strive to be our best selves when making the world a better place.

    When it comes to teaching the values of friendship, help the younger crowd discover that the meaning of friendship can help overcome challenges. For instance, be diplomatic when dealing with conflict and you don't need material possessions to be popular. Not to mention that even the coolest of people shouldn't be afraid to feel vulnerable.     January may be a slow month during the Winter season, and a lot of people are going through the wintertime blues. New Years Kindness 2026

    With the New Year approaching, I wanted to bring some updates when it comes to future ideas. First, I will be doing blogs once a week to keep ideas fresh. With so much going on in the world, try not to focus on things that you can't control. Instead, use your creativity to inspire to make the world a much kinder place. Understand that there is no such thing as perfection, regardless of generation. Try to be yourself and have an open mindset. In other words, never follow a crowd. No matter what happens in the upcoming year, always remember to love one another and showcase empathy.
