A Christmas Carol: Kindness Editions

With the Winter Holidays coming up, maybe there could be a Kindness Edition of Charles Dickens' A Christmas Carol. This version of the famous Holiday tale would feature some of the more familiar elements that relate to more current subjects. The story begins with a young adult slowly losing optimism due to the current situations going on. One night, the young adult is visited by the spirits of long running relatives from childhood, who explain that they went through difficult times yet still remained optimistic. The first ghost showed the young adult how to overcome past mistakes, even if you can't change the past itself. The second ghost proves that there is still good out there & the young adult needs to be part of that example. The third ghost warns of a dark future if the young adult tries to solve problems in an impulsive manner, which would lead to bigger situations. In the end, the young adult discovers from the spirits that instead of worrying about problems beyond control, try to encourage Kindness inside yourself & start small yet slowly grow in a healthy manner. That way, you will remain optimistic during tough times.
