With the New Year coming up, I was thinking about how we can use Kindness during the next generation. Even though it may be more challenging to teach Kindness, you can always start small before going big. One aspect of Kindness is that it is important to understand the history behind some of our interests when it comes discovering one's childhood. Not to mention being aware who you trust before you teach. Next, try to participate in activities that helps benefit your local community, whether it be cleaning up parks, beaches & other local recreational areas or benefitting those in need with various donation drives or shelters. Read more books, whether it be old or new & try to spend more time with friends & family. In other words, there is more to the world than what meets the eye. Take breaks when going online, especially social media. One key aspect of Kindness is to discover that one's differences can actually have more similarities inside.
