Olympic Self-Kindness 2025


In between practices for both Summer and Winter Olympic games, always acknowledge that athletes need self-kindness, especially after tough matches. Self-Kindness helps benefit one's health both mentally and physically. Whether it be future Olympic Games, as well as other international matches like the FIFA World Cup or Grand Slam Tennis, acknowledge that Kindness towards one another is more important than winning. Taking breaks in between sets helps raise one's self-esteem and creates less pressure among yourself and others. 


Be sure to look out for self-kindness awareness programs during Professional Soccer Games, whether it be Major League Soccer or National Women's Soccer League. Not to mention events at schools and community centers hosted by your favorite athletes, courtesy of the NCAA. Self-Kindness will always be rewarded with a medal or a trophy if you put your mind into it.
