When it comes to the entertainment industry, one must acknowledge that there is more to both film and television than just putting on a show. Understand that there is no such thing as perfection, even inside classics. Be diplomatic when giving reviews to certain forms of media. Don't be afraid of taking risks, even if you have to make a difficult decision. Not to mention not to worry too much on numbers nor comments, especially on social media. The most important factor is that you don't have to know or like everything, as long as you are empathetic. Remember, actors, behind the scenes crew and celebrities should be treated like regular people.
Be sure to know the same rules apply towards the sporting industry, particularly with athletes and good sportsmanship. A true winner isn't defined by one's success, but by one's heart, soul and generosity.
