It is almost time for the new NFL Football season and things are really going to be exciting this time around. However, there is more to Football than just touchdowns, tailgates and entering the Super Bowl. Understand that Football players, as well as cheer/dance squads, are human and deserve to be treated as such. Even Football heroes could showcase their softer sides. Maybe Football rivals can create some common causes, such as benefitting those in need, environmental care and acknowledging differences.
Be sure to look out for a similar series of events within the Canadian Football League to show that we are all part of one planet. Football may never be perfect, but if we take the correct steps, Kindness will always be a champion.
